📖 History
Tokyo Disneyland opened on 15 April 1983 as the first Disney theme park built outside the United States. Its success led to the opening of Tokyo DisneySea in September 2001, an entirely original park inspired by myths, legends and the world's oceans.
Over the years, the resort has continued to expand with new attractions, themed hotels and entertainment districts, earning an international reputation for its attention to detail, cleanliness and guest service.
